Owen Daniels are recruiting on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer that is seeking an experienced Material Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end materials, planning, and logistics operations at their Redditch site. This is a key leadership role that would suit a candidate with a strong background in master scheduling, production planning, SIOP , or materials management within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment. The Role: As the Material Operations Manager, you will take ownership of material availability, production scheduling, and supply chain performance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of manufacturing operations. You will lead and develop the materials and logistics teams while implementing best-practice planning processes and driving continuous improvement across the site.
