Warehouse Operatives - Pickers and Packers Location: Redditch Job Responsibilities: Pick and pack small, lightweight products Use a hand scanner to process orders Handle items with speed and care - fast, nimble hands required Ensure accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe work area Work independently and as part of a team Requirements: Good attention to detail Fast and efficient working pace Reliable and punctual Ability to follow instructions Previous warehouse experience is a plus (not essential) Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday What We Offer: Full-time, ongoing work Weekly pay at £12.21 per hour Friendly and supportive team environment Training provided - no experience needed Convenient Redditch location
