The Role Workmate Agency are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Account Coordinator to provide administrative and account support across multiple client projects. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating client communications, maintaining accurate records, supporting project delivery, and assisting the Account Management and Operations teams. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Management team. Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Maintain accurate client records, project files, and CRM systems. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and client communications. Support logistics planning for vehicle deployments, roadshows, exhibitions, and events. Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Workshop, Logistics, Graphics, and Finance. Monitor project timelines and ensure administrative tasks are completed within deadlines. Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics where required. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for clients. Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards. Support post-project administration, invoicing, and customer feedback processes. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in an administrative, account coordination, or customer service role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional and customer-focused approach. Desirable Experience within events, logistics, manufacturing, or project administration. Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Experience supporting client accounts or project teams. About The Role We are looking for motivated and professional Class 2 Drivers (Multi-drop) to join our Transport team in Bicester. This is a multi-drop delivery role, working with premium hospitality customers including restaurants, hotels, and professional kitchens. You will play a key role in representing our client on the road, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. Working Hours: Nights 19:30 start with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work.
