JOB SUMMARY The care worker is a member of the domiciliary team appointed to support the Care Coordinator and Manager in the delivery of personal care and treatment of disease, disorder and injuries. The role involves contact on a physical and psychological level with clients and their families. The post holder will undertake a range of activities under the supervision of Care Coordinators and Supervisors, having been assessed and deemed competent in the activities required.
