We're looking for a Senior Block Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and maintenance contracts and to communicate with clients and leaseholders/freeholders in line with contracted management agreement to run and maintain their block/development accordingly. Location: Borehamwood Hours: Monday - Friday. 9am-5:30pm. 20 days annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays Car Salary Sacrifice scheme One month sabbatical after 10 years' service Star of the week Employee of the month Preparing annual service charge budgets Insurance claims handling Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided are satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues. Health & Safety Compliance Coordinate contractors Liaise with other team members and departments Building strong and proactive relationships with your clients Respond to leasehold enquires in an efficient manner Attend external meetings as needed Senior Block Manager Skills and Experience Strong management and organisational skills The ability to multitask You will ideally be IRPM qualified Knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
