We're recruiting a Data Engineer to join an organisation that's modernising its enterprise data platform and preparing for the next generation of analytics and AI driven solutions. Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office You will be responsible for shaping how data is structured, governed and consumed across the business, with a strong focus on modern engineering practices rather than simply maintaining existing pipelines. Working within a growing data team, you'll design scalable data models, build robust ELT pipelines in Databricks using SQL, Python and PySpark, and integrate data from multiple internal and third-party systems. You'll collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers to ensure data is reliable, well-governed and ready to support business intelligence, automation and the next generation of AI-powered solutions. This is a business undergoing significant transformation, including a major CRM migration and ongoing investment in modern cloud technologies.
