We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years' management experience and experience of working with young people aged 11-17 who exhibit challenging behaviour. Main Purpose of Role: Registered Managers are accountable for delivering high quality care to the children and young people resident within the home. While the home manager is employed for 40 per week, they are expected to arrange their own work rota which may involve evening, weekend and night shifts duties. The home manager is wholly responsible for ensuring an appropriate staff presence to meet the childcare needs of the children and young people in the home. The post is subject to a six month probationary period. Annual leave is 28 days per annum this includes Bank Holidays.
