This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for developing and continuously improving hygiene, housekeeping, pest management, waste and cleaning standards across the site. You'll lead the Hygiene team while working closely with Operations, Technical, Engineering, Planning and Health & Safety to ensure consistently high standards of food safety and compliance. Working closely with the Chef Director, you will lead the technical process development of new and existing products from concept through to launch, ensuring recipes can be successfully scaled into efficient, consistent and production-ready manufacturing processes without compromising on quality or innovation. You'll work cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Technical, Quality and Commercial, taking the technical lead across factory trials, scale-ups and first productions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, yields and manufacturing efficiency. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise, project leadership and people development.
