We're looking for a Head of Client Systems to lead the development and optimisation of freight management and client-facing IT systems across the UK & Ireland. This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll drive system adoption, oversee key digital transformation initiatives, and ensure technology directly supports business growth and customer success. What you'll be doing: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on freight management systems, translating requirements into actionable system improvements. Lead multiple concurrent projects - from requirements gathering to delivery - ensuring they meet client needs and business KPIs. Drive client adoption and utilisation of core platforms through supply chain reviews, training, and value-led engagement. Oversee integrations, reporting enhancements, and process improvements to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with UK and global teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of IT systems. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and system ROI while supporting business development with pre-sales expertise. What we're looking for: Strong background in global freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations . Advanced proficiency with CargoWise (workflow automation, configuration, data integration, reporting). Proven track record in project management, digital transformation, and system adoption initiatives . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regions and cultures. Commercial awareness with the ability to align IT systems to wider business strategy.
