Road Import Manager Location: Basildon (Office-Based) Road Import Manager Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Road Import Manager to oversee and develop their import operations. This is a management-focused position, responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of the department. Warehouse Manager Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across two on-site warehouse units. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse performance. This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll drive system adoption, oversee key digital transformation initiatives, and ensure technology directly supports business growth and customer success. What you'll be doing: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on freight management systems, translating requirements into actionable system improvements. Lead multiple concurrent projects - from requirements gathering to delivery - ensuring they meet client needs and business KPIs.
