Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Clevedon, North Somerset (Office-based with 1 day per week from home potential to grow to 2 days after probation passed) Salary: £55,000 £60,000 basic + very strong bonus structure (realistic OTE £80k £100k+) + share options potential + car allowance after probation passed Job Type: Permanent, Full-time About TD Recruitment TD Recruitment is a thriving, people-first specialist agency with 10 years of success, supplying quality trades, waste & recycling operatives, warehouse staff, production operatives, drivers, and white-collar professionals nationwide. Founded by Tom and Dinan (the T & D in TD), we re growing fast with a strong South West base in Clevedon and a dedicated resource team in Jakarta. We focus on long-term placements, cultural fit, and genuine relationships not quick fills. The Role Full 360 recruitment own your desk and build it your way. You ll source, screen, interview, place, and manage relationships with candidates and clients in construction, waste/recycling, industrial warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, and related sectors. This is an office-based role in our modern Clevedon hub (with free parking and great links), but we offer 1 day per week from home right away, with the potential to increase to 2 days after probation passed as you settle in and prove performance.
