Office Administrator West Northampton Salary to 33,000 We are a leading provider of fencing installation services, primarily operating on new build sites. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and versatile Office Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day operations. We are a small, close-knit team and due to continued growth, we are looking for an Office Administrator who is not only looking for a job, but someone who wants to develop, take on responsibility and grow with the business long term. This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and keen to develop across multiple areas of the business. Alongside general administrative duties, the role will take a more active lead in recruitment/HR processes and health & safety management, while working collaboratively with the wider office team to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage general enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team members Work collaboratively within the team to manage the shared sales inbox, supporting with enquiries and booking in work Assist with scheduling works, coordinating diaries, and ensuring efficient allocation of jobs Maintain and organise records, inboxes, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible Book appointments, meetings, and site visits, keeping calendars up to date We invite applications from experienced Administrators with a broad background in general office work.
