I am looking for an experienced and dynamic IT support Engineer to join the team, this role will invole both on site and remote support with trips to client site on a regular basis to ensure the resolution of escalated tickets and changes within contracted service levels. Your key responsibilities will be to handle escalated issues from first-line support that require a deeper level of technical expertise as well as perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and system-related issues and Coordinate with third-line engineers or external vendors when necessary to resolve complex issues. To be successful in this role you must have the following skills Endpoint support for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac devices, with a focus on troubleshooting and ensuring user productivity. Proficiency in the support and management of Microsoft 365 products, including but not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. Management of Azure resources such as Azure Session Desktops and Azure files. Windows Server administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS. Solid understanding of network infrastructure, including DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs, with an ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues. I am looking for an experienced and dynamic 1st Line Engineer to join the helpdesk team, this role serves as the 1st point of contact for all technical issues so excellent communication and prioritising skills are essential. Your key responsibilities will be to perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of software bugs and system failures. Prioritise incidents based on customer impact and urgency. Maintain communication with the reporting party throughout the triage process, providing status updates and expected timelines for resolution. I have an amazing opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join a very well respected and successful MSP who are expanding. To be successful in this role you will have at least 2-3 years working within an MSP on the service desk and at least 12 months as a 2nd line engineer. You will have excellent customer service and telephone skills, demonstrable trouble shooting and diagnostic skills both hardware and software specifically (but not exclusively) with the following.
