This is a Full Time office based role, with the requirement to carry out regular external appointments. Valid UK license and own car is essential. The successful candidate will have been in the industry for a minimum of three years, be smart in appearance, well spoken, motivated, enthusiastic and have a very strong work ethic. Key skills include the ability to communicate with all clients, to work well in a team, to understand and have good knowledge of the moving process from beginning to end and be determined to provide exceptional service at all times. ROLE: Dealing with clients coming into the office, via telephone or contact via e-mail. Taking applicant details and register onto database. Booking, conducting and following up viewing appointments. Booking, conducting and following up valuations. Carrying out instructions/putting properties to the market. Negotiating offers and dealing with the progression of the sale to completion. Maximising all additional income streams such as financial services (mortgages), conveyancing (solicitors). Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the Manager and team. An exciting opportunity has become available in the Development Team, for a motivated and dynamic Junior Electronics Design Engineer. This is a highly varied, hands-on electronics design role covering product development, ownership of electronics from concept through to production, which will include schematic designs, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, and testing. The role is open to a Graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience. ROLE : Developing electronic circuits from concept through to production. Conducting schematics and creating well-structured circuit designs. Running circuit simulations to gauge performance. Selecting components and evaluating of modern technologies. Collaborate closely with the engineer teams in software, mechanical, and systems. Supporting the PCB layout activities. Planning and executing design verification testing. Assist with fault-finding. Liaise with suppliers, external partners, and product teams. Our client, very well-established in the industry is currently seeking a CAD Technician to join their expanding design team within the manufacturing department. The role will be supporting the Design Director in developing and integrating the products within new build or refurbishment projects for clients across the UK. ROLE: Operate in a high volume fast paced environment where commitment to the role and attention to detail is paramount. The role has some element of concept design involved although configuring established systems to client needs is the core function. The work is specialised, but the experienced team will be fully on hand to guide and train. REQUIREMENTS: Experienced in AutoCAD and have experience in a similar role ideally within an allied engineering sector. Competent in AutoCAD with associated prior experience. Have a flair for component design and some experience of component design in metal work. Understand 3D printing and modelling using polymers. Methodical and supported by a clean administrative vision. Attention to detail. Able to work on your own initiative. Some product design (metalwork) experience would be beneficial.
