Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show. Previous experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential. ROLE: Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks). Maintain specialized showroom flooring. Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine. Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage. Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment. Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance). Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards. Maintain clear and safe access paths in high-value storage areas. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent "eye for detail". Comfortable working around high-profile clients with total professionalism. A "jack-of-all-trades" who understands that no task is too small, from hanging rare automotive art to fixing a leak in the canteen.
