Location: Croydon Area - Full time in the Office Salary: upto £35k depending on qualifications and experience What you will need: You will need to have the background in running a large portfolio of residential properties, ideally ARLA qualified but not essential and have a thorough understanding of property legislation and compliance. You will need to be energetic, driven, a team-player, proactive, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running; A full UK driving licence and car is essential. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Dealing with property maintenance. Collection of rents. Payments to landlords Keep up to date with lettings legislation. Attend residential properties across London for compliance inspections Work with external assessors on fire risk assessments and review outcome Overseeing a good-sized portfolio Being able to produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residential properties, assisting with forecasts and reports. Administrating insurance claims Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety Be able to manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders and service contracts. Undertaking site inspections as per client contracts. Keying and management of all invoices for their portfolio. Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale. Job Title: Pump Engineer Location: Sittingbourne, Kent (Nationwide Coverage) J ob Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (plus overtime opportunities) About the Role As a Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a range of pumped drainage products, including wastewater pumping stations, packaged pump systems, booster sets, and treatment plants. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair booster sets, pump stations, and sewage treatment plants. Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs. Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance. Perform risk assessments to ensure safe working practices. Provide clear updates to customers and recommend further works where necessary. Complete job reports and paperwork accurately. Be flexible and willing to travel nationwide, including overnight stays when required. Assist across different areas of the business when needed.
