Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join our dynamic team. Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Perform routine maintenance checks on automatic doors to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing automatic door systems and implement effective repairs. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of automatic door systems. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders as needed. Training: Provide training and guidance to clients and other team members on the proper use and maintenance of automatic door systems. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience with automatic doors is essential, this position will be a field-based role. Technical proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of automatic door systems. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK Working knowledge of planned maintenance and repair of automatic doors, manual doors, stand-alone access control systems, panic hardware, floor springs, door closers and locks. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join this busy operation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and be able to carry out task involving heavy lifting and carrying goods. Shift pattern is as follows: Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern of: Days 06.15am - 2.15pm Afternoons 2.15pm - 10.15pm Must be able to rotate over both shifts Pay rate starts from 12.30ph Overtime is also available. Key Responsibilities: Working in a busy industrial production environment you will be involved with the producing of high-quality finished products.As our client is extremely customer focused you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work and will always work to a high standard.
