All of the projects are due to be on site in the next 4-8 weeks and you will start off managing the remaining precon elements. You will then be based on site throughout the duration of the project. Revit MEP Coordinator Luton, Bedfordshire £45,000 pa We are working with the MEP arm of a leading UK Main Contractor to join their team near Luton Airport. In this role you will be working as part of their main MEP team across a number of live projects across Residential and Commercial. We are looking for someone who has a couple of years experience using Revit MEP and wants to progress over the next couple of years in a busy environment. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role. MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager City of London £80,000-£90,000 We are working with a Main Contractor to find an experienced MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager to join them on a project which is in the process of heading to site. The project is an early phase of a much larger scheme of works which comprises Commercial, Leisure, Residential & Hotel aspects, and is scheduled to last until 2031. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has worked for a Main Contractor as a MEP PM or similar. You will start off by managing the remaining Pre-Con elements before heading to site around December. From here you will be tasked with managing the subcontract supply chain and reporting back into the commercial and technical teams as well as running meetings with the client and delivery teams. The role requires someone who has an excellent eye for detail and is tenacious in nature. You need to be confident in your ability to identify issues and manage them before they become problems. This is a very long term opportunity for someone who is ambitious, and sees themselves in a Director level role over the next 5-7 years. We are looking for someone who has worked with Revit MEP for at least 3 years, either in a Design Consultancy or MEP Contractor.
