Mechanical Project Manager Commercial Fit Out £400/day - Long-Term Contract London We are working with one of the top 30 UK MEP subcontractors to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a high-profile commercial fit out project in Central London . This is a long-term contract opportunity , offering stability, a dynamic project environment, and a competitive rate of £400 per day . The Role: You will take full responsibility for the mechanical package, leading the delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to managing programme and quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of mechanical services on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and public health Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and main contractors Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Lead project meetings and liaise regularly with clients, consultants, and the wider project team Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain site records Oversee commissioning and handover processes Candidate Requirements: Proven experience managing mechanical packages on commercial fit out projects Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and installation practices Excellent organisational and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant mechanical qualifications are desirable London-based or able to commute daily Offer: £400 per day (CIS or LTD, outside IR35) Long-term contract with potential for extension Immediate start available Opportunity to work with a reputable MEP subcontractor on a landmark project

MEP BIM Manager Soho, London 75,000 + Package We are working exclusively with a MEP Contractor to find them a MEP BIM Manager to join their team in the Central London office. They have long been established as one of the key players in the UK, and opened up the London office in 2016. This office is now the most profitable in the business and due to the projects already secured for next year are looking to add a BIM Manager to the team. You will be hitting the ground running here, leading a team of 3 Coordinators to tackle a large commercial job with a 18 million MEP Contract. In 2024 they invested heavily in their BIM Infrastructure, so you will definitely have the tools to do the job with access to all the software you would need and tech that will help make a difference too. MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager City of London £80,000-£90,000 We are working with a Main Contractor to find an experienced MEP Manager/Technical Services Manager to join them on a project which is in the process of heading to site. The project is an early phase of a much larger scheme of works which comprises Commercial, Leisure, Residential & Hotel aspects, and is scheduled to last until 2031. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has worked for a Main Contractor as a MEP PM or similar. You will start off by managing the remaining Pre-Con elements before heading to site around December. From here you will be tasked with managing the subcontract supply chain and reporting back into the commercial and technical teams as well as running meetings with the client and delivery teams. The role requires someone who has an excellent eye for detail and is tenacious in nature. You need to be confident in your ability to identify issues and manage them before they become problems. This is a very long term opportunity for someone who is ambitious, and sees themselves in a Director level role over the next 5-7 years.
