Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect. As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for: laundering and ironing our residents clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary maintaining linen stocks for day to day use ensuring that all areas of our home, including public areas and our resident s rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times. We re looking for a creative and compassionate Content Creator to help showcase the incredible people, moments, and values at the heart of our care homes. This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Content Creator ready to take their next step towards leading an organisation s social media and online presence. As our Content Creator, you ll play a vital role in sharing the warmth, professionalism, and daily life within our care homes. You ll craft compelling content that highlights resident stories, staff dedication, events, and why our homes challenge most peoples perceptions of life in a care home. Some of your duties will include: Capturing authentic, respectful and heartwarming video content that showcase our resident s life and care experiences Creating engaging images, videos and copy; monitoring and creating content for our websites and social media and online platforms. Deliver campaigns and online copy that promotes our values aligning with our tone of voice You will need to be able to build strong, informal working relationships across the organisation so that you can identify and write the stories that set us apart from other care providers. You will be highly creative, with an eye for capturing those special moments, but will also have the ability to pitch and adapt quickly and appropriately. You will be skilled in video production, editing and storytelling. You will be used to a busy workload and your focus will be on developing and adapting our social media and online activity. You will also be comfortable with supporting the wider marketing team with answering queries.
