As a result, are seeking a Relex Implementation and Optimisation Manager to join their Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, this is a pivotal role responsible for leading the roll-out, optimisation, and ongoing development of their Relex platform across the business. Relex is central to their supply chain and logistics operations - supporting demand forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory optimisation, and distribution flow. This role will ensure the system is fully embedded, configured effectively, and delivering maximum value across logistics and supply chain functions. You will work closely with 20+ supply chain professionals, including Demand Planners and Schedulers, influencing system adoption, and driving best practice across teams, whist reporting directly into the Head of Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full roll-out and embedding of the Relex system across the business Act as the in-house Superuser and subject matter expert Optimise Relex functionality across logistics and supply chain operations, including: Demand forecasting and promotional forecasting Automated replenishment and order generation Inventory optimisation across depots and network Safety stock modelling and service level management Distribution planning and flow management Exception-based planning and performance analytics Configure parameters to support warehouse capacity, lead times, and supplier constraints Drive improved availability while reducing excess stock and waste Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance Support data accuracy and master data governance to ensure system reliability Deliver structured training and guidance to users across planning and logistics Identify continuous improvement opportunities within forecasting, replenishment, and distribution processes Act as the key liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and external system support teams The Candidate: The successful candidate for the Relex Implementation and Optimisation Manager opportunity will have the following skills and experience: Proven hands-on experience using Relex within a logistics or retail supply chain environment - Essential Experience within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment - Essential Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and distribution planning principles - Essential Experience supporting system implementations or large-scale roll-outs - Essential Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supplier lead-time management - Essential Confident influencing stakeholders and driving behavioural change - Essential Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills - Essential Comfortable working cross-functionally and indirectly influencing teams - Essential Experience in a High-impact role with ownership of a business-critical system - Essential Direct exposure to senior leadership - Essential Be excited by the opportunity to shape and modernise supply chain and logistics capabilities Collaborative and forward-thinking working environment Be commutable to Walsall The Package: Competitive salary of 50,000- 55,000 Hybrid working pattern (3 days, 2 days remote) Plus, additional company benefits If you are passionate about supply chain systems and want to take ownership of a logistics-focused Relex roll-out within a growing business, I would love to hear from you.
