Key Responsibilities Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes Producing components from engineering drawings to tight tolerances Creating and editing programs using Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controls Setting tooling and workholding equipment Conducting first-off and in-process inspections Optimising machining processes and cycle times Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production targets Maintaining a safe and organised work area Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer, Setter, Operator Strong programming knowledge of Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controls Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working to tight tolerances Good understanding of tooling, cutting data, and machining techniques Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong attention to detail and quality What's on Offer?
