Initially you will work across 2 data centre pipework packages in Acton and Slough valued at 2m and 500 respectively. You will have a supervisor on each and be tasked with managing the client and overviewing engineering and technical duties while managing and motivating the supervisors to deliver through to PC Duties: Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and improve performance. Report aspects of the project to clients, Directors, and any other relevant stakeholder. Liaise with Design & Coordination to ensure the delivery of design/working drawings capture any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect production. Delegate activities within the project team, while building strong working relationships. Management of the procurement process. Be an advocate for best-practice health and safety. Sign off to pay an attractive day rate or salary with an very busy order book of projects across the business. The plan is to use these 2 initially smaller projects to get up to speed with the company processes, before moving on to lead a sizeable mechanical scheme they have upcoming in Central London (circa 15m) in the coming months.
