Social Worker: Children's Single Assessment Team Location: Leicester (Hybrid) Hours: Full-time (9:30-5 Mon-Thu, 8:30-4:30 Fri) We are seeking dedicated Social Workers to join our Children's Single Assessment Team. This team is the first response to all referrals, delivering thorough assessments and enquiries using Signs of Safety, trauma-informed practice, and the Lundy model of participation. Role: Social Worker - Adults Job Type: Permanent, full-time Location: Harrow, Middlesex Salary: £41,097 - £49,119 per annum We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to provide a high quality and effective social work service, which responds to the needs of people with lived experiences with care and support needs, their informal carers and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines. All assessments and support plans will be completed in accordance with the wellbeing principles of the Care Act 2014 and reflects a strengths-based approach. Have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Educated to degree level or equivalent or has the equivalent relevant work experience. (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW). Knowledge of social work models and interventions, including strengths-based practice models (Desirable). Knowledge and understanding of discriminated groups and the ability to ensure that services are appropriately delivered to meet their needs (Desirable).
