The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain legal and regulatory compliance (including Fire Regulations and DVSA), and ensure all audits, records, and procedures are up to date. You will lead and develop the depot team, support recruitment and training, promote a strong safety culture, and deliver excellent customer service.
