ServiceNow HRSD Developer We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major enterprise programme, supporting the development and enhancement of its HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on building scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD Build HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers and Lifecycle Events Develop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes and UI Actions/Policies Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog Develop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATF Troubleshoot defects and support production stability Work closely with architects, product owners and engineering teams Key Skills 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow development Strong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service Delivery HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs and employee lifecycle processes Strong JavaScript ServiceNow ATF / Automated Test Framework Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules and Service Catalog Experience working within Agile delivery teams Desirable CSA, CAD or CIS-HRSD certification REST API and ServiceNow integration experience ITSM or CSM experience Experience within large enterprise environments We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD specialist who can independently deliver high-quality solutions while working as part of a wider enterprise technology team.
