Lead the technical delivery of cloud migrations, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines. Provide subject matter expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, security, and modern workplace solutions. Act as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships. Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover to managed services teams. Stay up to date with cloud technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings. Skills & Experience Proven experience in designing and delivering cloud migration projects in an IT services or consultancy environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (AWS and GCP beneficial). Proficiency in areas such as networking, identity management, security, and governance in cloud environments. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead delivery teams. Experience working in IT Managed Services or MSP environments. Desirable: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect).Experience with M365 migrations, hybrid environments, and legacy infrastructure transformation.Knowledge of automation, DevOps, and cloud-native services.
