Job Summary In this role, you will impact leadership and team management, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth. As a Senior Customer Support Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement and fostering an inclusive culture. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects. 6-12 Month Contract Pay Rate: 24- 30 per hour, depending on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00 Hybrid working: 3 days onsite/2 days remote, with increased onsite presence during on-boarding and when business needs require. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day customer relationship management, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and effective escalation handling. Act as the primary customer interface, managing communications, recovery actions, and expectation alignment across the programme. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders. Coordinate closely with internal supply chain, procurement, and cross-functional teams to support delivery milestones and on-time performance. Identify and drive improvements to customer support and operational processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of actions and delivering outcomes to closure. Support programme governance, reporting, and transformation activities, providing clear updates to senior leadership. REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE 4+ years of proven experience in customer support management or a similar role. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Aerospace or industrial sector experience (preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Mastery of knowledge in a specific area, or senior leadership position with a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams. Experience working with ERP systems (ERP familiarity required; SAP strongly preferred). Experience in implementing customer support technologies and tools. The successful candidates will be responsible for the grinding of aerospace components in strict accordance with manufacturing instructions, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Pay Rate: 22.41 p/h rising to 22.84 after 12 weeks Location: Yeovil, Somerset Working hours: Week 1 - Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00) Week 2 - Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00) Key Responsibilities: Internal/External grinding using MDI (Manual Data Input) CNC machinery, surface grinding and thread grinding. OCQ - Operator Control of Quality (i.e. Stamping to confirm quality of assemblies are to Company and Customer standards). To achieve on time delivery by ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard. Interpreting engineering drawings, following the process layout and documentation procedures. Skills and Attributes: The position requires the applicant to have an understanding of Aerospace practice and the significance of the safety critical work undertaken. PC literate. Be able to display essential skills in the adherence to Health & Safety standards at all times, teamwork, flexibility and the ability to use initiative. Machining skills are desirable. Production Operator - Night Shift needed asap! Location: Horsham Pay: 15.88 per hour Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00 We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our night-shift team. You will be responsible for running boards through placement machines and ovens, as well as testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a strong focus on quality. Training: An 8-12 week training period is required the AM shift (06:00-13:30) Training Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to work in fast paced assembly roles, ASAP on a day shift position . This is a temporary, on-going position for the right candidate. You do not need experience, but you must be able to learn quickly, follow instruction and have good dexterity skills. The working hours are: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.45pm, Friday 8am to 12.00pm 12.41 per hour raising to 12.65 after 12 weeks You may be using tweezers, small machines, electronic screwdrivers or just using your hands so you must have good dexterity skills & hand eye co-ordination.
