The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the management of our food and beverage operations . You'll help lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences. As Deputy Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee multiple dining areas, working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, to maintain and exceed high service standards. You'll oversee the entire spectrum of the food and beverage operations and assist in driving commercial performance, control costs, recruitment and optimise revenue - whilst ensuring our members and guests receive high quality dining experiences. Your role includes supporting the management of inventory, supplier relationships and facility upkeep. Additionally, you'll assist with monitoring rotas and payroll and support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management. The Role: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Porter to manage our front-desk operations during the night shift. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and secure overnight experience. Your efforts will help create a safe, comfortable environment, allowing our guests to rest easy, while maintaining the smooth operation of hotel services throughout the night. As a Night Porter, you will manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and reconcile charges from the previous day. You will be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests, ensuring smooth communication with guests and team members through the portable phone. Your duties include monitoring key handling, turning off lights in unoccupied rooms, assisting guests with any needs, and overseeing night-time cleaning operations to ensure all areas are prepared for the following day. Additionally, you'll balance financial accounts, report any maintenance issues, and be prepared to manage emergency situations when needed. In this role, you will provide valuable information about the Club's facilities, membership packages and pricing, either in person or over the phone, to prospective members. You will play a key role in driving membership retention through regular touchpoint calls and follow-ups with existing members. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from initial lead generation to successful outreach, handling telephone and web inquiries, and ensuring prospective members are fully informed about our offerings. You'll conduct orientation programmes for new members, provide tours for potential members and ensure all membership applications are completed accurately. With a deep knowledge of our services, you will work to cross-sell, upsell, and contribute to the achievement of monthly lead generation targets. The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanic to join our Greenkeeping team, playing a vital role in ensuring all turf maintenance machinery and equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll be responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance, helping to keep our golf course in top condition by supporting the wider greenkeeping operation. Key duties will include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults across a wide range of greenkeeping equipment. You'll carry out full servicing, fault finding, welding, soldering, and cylinder grinding, ensuring all machinery meets approved standards and complies with Health and Safety guidelines. You'll also maintain detailed records of scheduled and reactive maintenance, prioritise tasks in line with servicing requirements, and occasionally support equipment maintenance at other Club Company sites. Your role is essential in preventing downtime and ensuring the safe operation of all equipment used on the course. This role typically spans multiple sites, with your time divided between two or more clubs. While you will have a designated primary location, travel to nearby clubs is necessary and will be required at times to meet operational demands. The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. As Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, from vacuuming floors and dusting furniture to sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks. You'll also be in charge of stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You'll prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. Additionally, you'll notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. To help you grow in your role, you'll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.
