Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid) Engagement Type: Permanent Salary Range: Up to £50,000 Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of scalable CRM and business process solutions. The role will support a range of transformation initiatives, with a focus on leveraging the full Microsoft Power Platform suite to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This includes custom development, integration with third-party systems, and ongoing platform optimisation. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Build and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales and Customer Insights Develop custom plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and business process flows (BPFs) Model custom entities and relationships to support business logic and reporting needs Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline user interactions and automate processes Integration & Data Migration Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Middleware Perform data migrations using tools such as KingswaySoft SSIS, ensuring integrity and auditability Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to ensure secure and performant integrations Testing, Deployment & Environment Management Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect triage and resolution Implement CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployment across environments Conduct health checks and performance monitoring of Dynamics environments Maintain release wave awareness and advise stakeholders on upcoming changes and platform decisions Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement Produce and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, test plans, and user guides Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical advisory Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and architecture reviews Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Commercial experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse Proven track record of integrating Dynamics with third-party APIs and Legacy systems Experience with Azure services (eg, Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault) is advantageous Familiarity with Power BI and translating business requirements into actionable reports Current Microsoft Power Platform certification preferred Engagement Details Permanent position Hybrid working model (UK-based) with flexibility for remote delivery Immediate start preferred
