We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Development Executive to support the growth and development of a client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within a consultancy or professional services environment . This role blends business development and account management , working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure an outstanding end-to-end client experience. Salary: £40K + commission Hybrid working: 2 days in London office and 1 day per week in Farnborough Head office The Main Duties: Develop and grow relationships within existing client accounts Identify and qualify new business opportunities across new and existing clients Support the full sales life cycle, from opportunity identification through to proposals and contract support Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met Help drive account growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships Skills/Experience required: 3-5 years' experience in client development, business development, account management, or sales Background in consultancy, professional services, IT services, or a similar environment Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders If you're commercially minded, relationship-focused, and looking to grow your career within a dynamic consultancy, we'd love to hear from you .

Position Overview We are looking for a Data Product Owner to lead the strategic definition and delivery of data products for a major transformation program in the insurance sector. This role is crucial for bridging complex business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that every data product delivers measurable, tangible value. You'll partner with our expert engineering teams and act as a key driver of change within a top-tier consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Own and prioritize the data product backlog, translating business needs into actionable features, user stories, and clear release plans. Benefits Realization: Establish frameworks to measure, track, and report on value realization and benefits to ensure all data initiatives have a demonstrable ROI. Technical Partnership: Collaborate closely with data engineering teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring scalable data solutions are designed and delivered. Data Governance: Champion data governance and quality assurance, embedding best practices and compliance controls throughout the entire data life cycle.
