We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in the Highlands, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on retail fit-out projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams Oversee quality control and snagging processes Ensure timely delivery within budget Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Excellent organisational and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required as applicable) Ability to work away from home when required What We Offer Competitive salary (depending on experience) Overtime paid after 45 hours per week Accommodation provided Meal allowance Opportunity to work on high-profile
