About the Role You ll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of our workforce. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you ll lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives for frontline Facility Services and Civic Management staff. The training includes delivering induction and practical training, safeguarding, health and safety, and mandatory training across a wide range of services. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training and induction programmes Lead on all divisional training requirements such as health and safety, manual handling, COSHH, and safeguarding through face to face learning to predominantly front line staff. This is an exciting time to join the team as we address challenges and support the continued development of the licensed trade as part of our day and night-time economies managing applications and licensing changes to positively implement our departmental licensing policies. Whilst this role focuses primarily on hackney carriage and private hire fleet, licensed drivers and operators, it may also involve working across various licensing functions as part of the Licensing Authority.
