HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM You will be responsible for the technical scope of projects, providing guidance to Static Stress Engineers and suppliers, liaising with the Chief Engineers, Static Stress Seniors, Principals and the Technical Authorities. You will lead the resolution of static stress analysis problems through the use of appropriate methods and tools. You will support the generation of Aircraft structures that are innovative and offer benefits to existing products and new incremental development. You will prepare the future product family. You will contribute to engineering solutions and ways of working born from experience in aerospace, other industries or research environments. You will support the development of team members on both technical and behavioural aspects You will collaborate with the Process, Methods and Tools (PMT) and Digitalization departments on 1A transformation projects which aim to implement automation and optimization tools and processes on the current and near future incremental developments. You will technically approve Static Stress deliverables. ABOUT YOU As an experienced Stress Engineer, you will be able to display deep practical knowledge of Aircraft Structural Static Stress Analysis, preferably Airframe. University degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical/Mechanical You will hold or be very close to approval delegated signatory for Static Stress analysis. You bring experience and know-how of structures engineering and analytical techniques. You will have a good knowledge of overall aircraft structural design principles and techniques. You studied engineering and have a structural analysis background. You should have good team spirit and Airbus aligned values You are able to step back and propose new ideas You will act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
