A seasoned Engineering Manager who has plentiful experience of:   * Managing managers (tech leads and Engineering managers) and therefore management of teams of teams is key. * Experience of working in high growth fast paced scale up environment * Past experience in a hands-on engineering role and prides themselves on still be technical * Excellent communication skills with experience working with all levels of business. * A background of leading/managing teams of Engineers writing business critical/complex solution in polyglot/opensource languages (Java, Golang, Python etc) * Manage teams capacity, estimation to ensure the team is able to provide an appropriate view of work and suggest potential completion dates. This Automation Tester will be Back End-focused, testing the Server Side components, ensuring that the database (SQL), APIs, and business logic function correctly and efficiently. You will be expected to have: Backend Automation testing skills with Python and Pytest. Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases. Solid experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Java, PHP, Go, or similar technologies. Experience with Postman, SOAP UI, and Cucumber. Batch processing experience.
