The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and driving growth through established relationships with housing associations and key stakeholders across Essex. Working closely with senior leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's regional presence and securing new residential development opportunities. Job Title: Pipefitter Location: Manchester Rate: £200 - £230 a day Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking Pipefitters to for projects based in Manchester, North West. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe systems for various M&E projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires a practical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. You will be expected to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, liaise with other trades, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
