Cleaning Supervisor We are looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team in Chester for a prominent local council contract. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering a first-class cleaning service while ensuring their team operates at the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The Details Pay Rate: 12.71per hour Location: Chester (City Centre) Role Type: Supervisory / Hands-on Uniform Requirements: Candidates must wear dark clothing (strictly no joggers) and maintain a smart appearance at all times. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise cleaning staff, focusing on performance, standards of cleanliness, and professional behaviour. Quality Control: Conduct daily checks of all working areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation are met. Staff Engagement: Hold monthly one-to-one meetings and Toolbox Talks to keep the team updated on company news and safety procedures. Operational Support: Review work schedules, monitor all cleaning activities, and help with daily cleaning tasks as required. Stock & Maintenance: Submit orders for supplies to the Group Supervisor and report any maintenance issues or faulty equipment promptly. Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations. Requirements Experience: Previous experience managing a team is essential. Skills: Basic I.T. skills (advanced training can be provided) and strong interpersonal skills. Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with Health and Safety and the ability to implement strict standards and procedures. Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, solve problems using your initiative, and maintain a smart, professional appearance. Job description: Our cient is seeking a Legal PA to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. This role requires proficiency in digital dictation and experience with BigHand, Proclaim experience would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage diaries and schedule appointments. Organise meetings, including booking venues and arranging refreshments. Handle travel arrangements and itineraries. Document Management: Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Conduct digital dictation using BigHand software to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone. Handle client queries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
