This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled machining team producing precision-engineered components within a modern manufacturing environment. The Role As a CNC Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture components to exact engineering specifications and drawings. You will work with both proven and unproven programs, producing high-quality components while maintaining efficiency, accuracy and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC milling machines, run proven and unproven CNC programs, adjust tool and work offsets, produce first-off components to drawing specification, read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, inspect components, identify machining issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
