Coordinating and scheduling Mobile Service Engineers to maximise efficiency and customer response times. Planning and managing service inspection and maintenance contracts. Taking customer calls and logging repair and breakdown requests. Monitoring engineer workloads and reallocating resources as priorities change. Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates on job progress. Working closely with Service Control Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, and Customer Service teams. Ensuring all jobs, service records, and documentation are accurately maintained within company systems. Monitoring work-in-progress, overdue services, safety defects, and invoice queries. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
