Our Tax Assurance & Risk Management ('TA&RM') team is a fast-growing collaborative team of around 15 people nationally led by three dedicated tax partners, who together support a wide variety of private, private equity-backed and listed clients across sectors. Our work has helped many clients meet their legislative tax governance compliance obligations (including in relation to the Senior Accounting Officer and Corporate Criminal Offences regimes, the tax strategy publication requirement and HMRC's Business Risk Review process) and strategically improve their tax operations and tax control framework, manage tax risk and provide assurance to tax authorities and business stakeholders. With experience in end-to-end project delivery and quality advice / report writing skills. With a strong presentation style, and confidence in hosting workshops, training sessions and webinars, often to Board level.
