Industry Collaboration Senior Officer Education for Industry Training (part of EFI Group) Permanent Full-Time FRA and EFI Training Academy: Electra House - London, Moorgate EC2M 6SE and LCBT Academy: 3-5 Fashion St, London, E1 6PX About the Role: We have a fantastic opportunity at EFI Training for a Industry Collaboration Senior Officer to join our dedicated Industry Collaboration Team. In this role you will support with ensuring that all eligible students attending the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy receive highly relevant enrichment, including industry experiences, talks, masterclasses, projects, mentor programmes and placements. The focus of the role will be to support the senior members of the team by providing an exceptional administrative support across the provision, to ensure all student enrichment runs smoothly. About You: Qualifications: Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above). Experience: Experience of working in an administrative role and in customer-focused environments, including either the retail or beauty industry. Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge: You will have knowledge of the beauty, fashion, or retail industries, including their working structures and job roles. Passion: You will be enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping people. Associate Lecturer in Coaching, Leadership & Management Education for Industry Training (Part of EFI Group) Apprenticeships: Level 4 - 6 Fixed-Term, Flexible Contract Electra House - London, Moorgate EC2M 6SE About the role We are currently seeking an Associate Lecturer to deliver our Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship at EFI Training. As an Associate Lecturer, you will contribute to the exceptional delivery of our Apprenticeship provision to our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with externally accredited standards and qualifications. In this role you will plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for the cohort, ensuring every learner receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for progression in industry. You will be responsible for creating and delivering industry relevant content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives. About EFI Training At EFI Training, we deliver dynamic, industry-led Apprenticeship programmes designed to equip employees with real-world skills through hands-on workplace learning. Ranging from Level 2 to Level 6, our programmes last 1-2 years. During this time, apprentices work with our employer partners while studying with EFI Training to achieve an industry-recognised Apprenticeship Standard. About you Qualifications: You will have a relevant Level 5 qualification in Coaching and/or Mentoring or a comparable subject. Experience: You will have a proven track record in management, with experience delivering qualification-based programmes and coaching learners to achieve strong outcomes. Expertise: You will have experience of helping learners to relate learning to work and the ability to contextualise theory within the learner's work role and culture. Passion: A motivational leader with excellent presentation skills, confidence in addressing groups, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring others.
