We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Room Leader to join our team in providing exceptional care and early childhood education to children in our nursery. The nursery is also looking to recruit Practitioners. Ensure the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to childcare. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress as required. Drive initiatives that promote leadership within the nursery setting. Experience Hold a level 2 or 3 qualification or above within early years Have excellent knowledge of EYFS guidelines Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education A background in managing or leading teams within a nursery or similar environment is advantageous.
