Lead/Full Stack Developer AWS,TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, RESTful API English Speaking Remote working English Speaking Lead Full Stack Developer, English Speaking Skills: ? Professional experience in software development with a strong background in both Front End and Back End. ? Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and RESTful API development. ? Experience with event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development. ? Strong understanding of SQL (structured query language) ? Very Proficient in AWS cloud services especially Lambda, SQS, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, EventBridge, etc. ? Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (eg Git) ? Familiarity with Front End tooling such as ESLint, CSS-in-JS, and testing frameworks ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ? Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through technical decisions. ? A passion for quality, performance, and security. As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications across both Front End and Back End systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that create exceptional user experiences. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. you'll also be expected to actively explore, evaluate, and adopt the latest Generative AI tools and practices to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate development across the engineering team. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead full stack development using ReactJS, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies. ? Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs and web applications. ? Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers. ? Own and maintain key features across both Front End and Back End layers. ? Drive and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation. ? Identify and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges. ? Contribute to DevOps processes (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure) and help optimize development pipelines. ? Participate in architecture discussions and influence the future direction of the platform. ? Investigate and adopt new technologies (eg WASM, serverless patterns) to continually improve the platform.
