DOSH has an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Grantham on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,111.08 per annum. Hybrid working Office and Home based - We operate flexi time and flexible working. The Financial Assistant will work as part of a team responsible for managing the financial payments for the 1700+ individuals supported by Dosh. This is an essential role in ensuring the people supported can pay for things they need and do the things they enjoy. The role will include inputting payments through an internet banking platform and managing standing orders and direct debits, using websites to pay for goods and services, maintaining spreadsheets and a database filing system and developing new ways to manage people s finances. Also dealing with in-coming e-mails and assisting other staff with administration tasks. Using Microsoft Teams for internal meetings. The Financial Assistant will also take part in and lead development projects, and liaise with people across Dosh, the wider Thera Group and over 200 partner care and support organisations. Skills and experience we are looking for in our Finance Assistant: Experience of working within data entry or reporting is preferred but not essential Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have excellent attention to detail Be motivated and able to work within a team The successful applicant must demonstrate experience and knowledge within financial services. The role is suited to individuals who have the ability to work from home as well as from the Grantham office. Occasional travel will also be required to attend training and development days.
