Sales & Operations Manager -Perm - 60- 65k A recently merged, market-leading engineering group is entering an ambitious growth phase, with clear plans to significantly scale turnover. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to design and embed a robust, integrated planning process across a mixed manufacturing environment (MTS, MTO and ETO). This role will align demand, supply, engineering capacity and financial plans to improve predictability, service levels and overall performance.
