Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver a £700k CAT B office fit-out project in Central London. The 10-week programme covers the full fit-out of a single floor, including four meeting rooms, tea points, and a communal area. You ll join during a 2 3 week lead-in period and take full responsibility from inception through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery and coordination on site. Requirements: Proven experience running CAT B office fit-out projects Strong leadership and client-facing skills Full set of valid tickets: CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid Immediate start available. You ll take ownership of commercial duties across multiple projects, working closely with the Managing Director and delivery teams to manage costs, subcontractors, and framework pricing. Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £5m refurbishment project in Watford, converting two floors of the building into one-bedroom en-suite studio apartments. The programme runs for 35 weeks and requires a confident No.1 on site with proven refurbishment experience. This is a live environment scheme within a 12-storey building, with a Graduate Project Manager in support and oversight from a visiting Contracts Manager. The role is client-facing and will suit someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day site operations and delivery.
