You ll join during a 2 3 week lead-in period and take full responsibility from inception through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery and coordination on site. The programme runs for 35 weeks and requires a confident No.1 on site with proven refurbishment experience. This is a live environment scheme within a 12-storey building, with a Graduate Project Manager in support and oversight from a visiting Contracts Manager. The role is client-facing and will suit someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day site operations and delivery.
