This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a nationally important heritage site. You will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious fundraising strategy, driving income growth, building high-value partnerships, and supporting the long-term sustainability of this landmark project. The Role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Development Manager to lead and deliver an ambitious fundraising and income generation strategy. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in growing and diversifying income streams, strengthening relationships with existing supporters, and building new partnerships across corporate, public and philanthropic sectors. Collaborate across the organisation to embed fundraising, while managing budgets, reporting and CRM activity. About You Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships or income generation, ideally within the third sector. Strong track record of building and managing stakeholder and donor relationships. Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities. Confident communicator, able to influence, present and engage at all levels.
