They require an individual who a background in Infrastructure & Applications to assist an enterprise environment to migrate from on premise to M365 suite from a solutions delivery perspective. This is not a hand on delivery role but more focussed on documentation, theory and strategy with availability of SME's in the wider team of 25- members of staff. To be selected you must be eligible for enhanced vetting and ideally worked within the public sectors, defence or central government. You'll work across the full solution life cycle, from initial concept through to design and implementation, producing high-level and low-level designs, assessing infrastructure impact, and ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities Produce HLD & LLD documentation Design and deliver solutions across complex IT environments Assess impact on live infrastructure and systems Ensure alignment with security, risk, and compliance standards Work with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to shape solutions Support procurement and technical evaluations Key technical skills: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) Azure identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), Virtual Machines/networking (if hybrid) Automation, Power Automate, Workflow automation (approvals, onboarding, ops), RPA (desktop flows if Legacy systems exist) Networking & infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs) Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) ITIL environments (change, release, configuration management) Exposure to security frameworks, risk tools, and data governance About You Strong experience in solution design and systems integration Broad technical background across infrastructure/systems Knowledge of security protocols and ITIL environments Able to manage multiple workstreams and influence stakeholders Experience in public sector, policing, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
