The role is responsible for overseeing a large number of live fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £100k and £1.5m. This role is not about running individual projects day to day. It sits above live delivery and focuses on how projects are set up, managed, resourced, controlled and reported across the business. You will manage a team of Project Managers, each running multiple projects, and oversee planning, document control and surveying support.
