You will take the lead in mentoring our talented team of accountants, nurturing their professional growth while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities include: Oversee and assist in the preparation of financial reports, including statutory and management accounts, ensuring precision and compliance. Review and supervise the preparation of tax returns for self-assessment, corporation, and partnership tax, delivering expert guidance throughout the process. Cultivate strong client relationships by providing accurate financial advice and fostering positive interactions with client personnel. Mentor and support junior staff members, reviewing their work while offering constructive feedback to enhance their technical knowledge and skills. Collaborate with the Team Manager to conduct regular appraisals and facilitate continuous development within the accounts team. About you: As a Senior Accountant, you will be a solutions-driven professional with strong knowledge of Corporation and Personal Tax. With an ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent practice experience, you excel at reviewing work and ensuring accuracy.
