Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate MEP consultants through design and pre-construction stages Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards Work closely with internal development and project teams to drive design efficiency and cost control Support procurement and provide technical input during tender stages Identify opportunities for value engineering and innovation About You: Strong background in MEP/building services, ideally from a developer, contractor, or consultancy background Proven experience managing consultants and pre-construction processes Excellent communication and coordination skills Commercially aware with strong technical insight
