This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to broaden their experience in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Manage logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, speaker liaison, delegate onboarding, and seamless delivery (virtual and in-person) Build and maintain event webpages, supporting a smooth delegate booking process Partner with commercial teams to deliver sponsorship requirements Collaborate with marketing colleagues on event promotions and cross-selling opportunities Support budgeting and reporting, contributing to effective event evaluation Research and propose new speakers and topics to keep programmes fresh and relevant About You Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Hands-on experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual events (Zoom or similar) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in using MS Office, Teams and Zoom A polished, professional approach with a keen eye for detail Ideally, experience of drafting conference programmes and/or working within a membership organisation Why Join?
