We are looking for a Creative Associate to join the Octagon and play a vital role in shaping and delivering our artistic programme You'll collaborate with our Artistic Director, colleagues, partners and communities to help us deliver a Bold, Adventurous and Popular programme that is locally rooted, and nationally reputed. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of creating productions, creative support and developing new work. You'll be equally comfortable working with professionals and communities and through collaboration with others, you'll be able to lead the development of ideas into tangible projects. You'll be self-sufficient, with excellent communication and organisation skills. Our ideal candidate will: Provide collaborative creative development across the Octagon's work. This includes artist support, dramaturgy and community engagement in creative practices and managing relationships with artists and partners to further our programme. Identify, deliver and be accountable for creative programming and project opportunities that meet our objectives.
